If you receive an error to say your discount code is invalid, here are some common reasons why: 


- The item you are trying to order has already been discounted 


- The code is only for use on a specific product or range - this is the case with most of our promotions and other offers from sites like VoucherCloud. Please ensure you click on the correct link to get to that product or range. 


- The offer has expired. Please check to see if there is an offer end date. 


- There is a mistake in the code when you've typed it. You can check this by copy and pasting the code into the voucher code box and clicking 'apply'.
